Abstract: Abstract Environmental changes require that enterprises should actively seek more innovation methods and innovation modes. Based on the analysis of the open innovation community network system and the characteristics of its structure, from three aspects which are the knowledge transfer, the flow of human capital and innovation income growth, this paper integrates the system dynamics model of community networks of the open innovation system, and then analyzes its internal system integration, diversification of innovation income growth, and open innovation culture construction, which are the three key factors in the process of the network operation. We provide reference to the effective management of enterprises’ value growth to improve the innovation performance and innovation abilities by the use of open innovation platform.
