Abstract: Abstract The large-scale project is a bridge of science and technology, and is an important platform for independent innovation about national key technologies. Factors that affect independent innovation capability are various and complex. We obtain the influence element of innovation incentive by combining the literature, then build dynamic system model of independent innovation in large-scale projects. The model reveals formation mechanism of independent innovation capability in large-scale projects.
