Abstract: Abstract Knowledge diffusion is a spiral cycle experience, which including knowledge formation, knowledge spillover, knowledge absorption and new knowledge formation. The paper constructs a knowledge diffusion FSAI model for high-tech SMES clusters, focuses on influencing factors to three stages of knowledge spillover, knowledge absorption and knowledge innovation.
