Abstract: Abstract Private Enterprise Employee Performance Evaluation Index System design is the core of private enterprise performance management issues, performance appraisal Index to scientific and reasonable not only help improve individual performance of employees of private enterprises and private enterprises contribute to the strategic objectives. This paper describes the basic theory of KPI, based on the employees of private enterprises is proposed KPI performance index based on design ideas and methods, and finally to private enterprise KPI system in a typical application cases are analyzed and studied.
