Abstract: Abstract Under the condition of market economy, the competition have become increasingly fierce between the numerous enterprises. The construction enterprises’ level of financial risk management not only relate to the existence of own, but also have the important influence about the enterprises’ healthy, stability and sustainable development. According to the characteristics of the financial risk management in construction enterprise, the article analyzes how to set up the prevention methods and points out the main contents on the financial risk management and it puts forward some measures and suggestions for the reference.
