Abstract: Abstract According to the cycling economic theory, this paper discussed the features of recycling cost and recycling benefit of the recycling economic project, and recognized the composition of recycling cost and recycling benefit, and constructed two evaluation models for the recycling economic project as recycling economic net present value and recycling benefit ratio.
