Abstract:
Abstract In order to achieve the efficiency and effectiveness, providing accurate information to support the project management has become an inevitable trend. We realize the fast and accurate information transfer between the procurement department and other departments and improve the information communication and data sharing efficiency in the procurement process through building the informatization of project procurement management and building the flow and the standards of information transfer. Web service is an emerging web distributed technology. Its purpose is to solve the structure of data on the platform and problems in the application of integrating and sharing. To apply the semantic web services effectively in the construction of informatization of procurement management will be a good solution to the informatization problems it is facing now. The article takes the contract management of project procurement management for example to describe the contribution of the service and give the OWL-S description of it.
