Abstract: Abstract Based on the theoretical research of modern accident causal chain model, the paper puts forward some specific measures for improvement in allusion to the abstract, complicated problems, such as unsafe human behavior, unsafe condition of things, working conditions, personal reasons and management defects that existed in the model. And through the analysis of the accident example, the paper verifies the validity and practicability of the improved model.
