Abstract: Abstract Urbanization degree, accompanied with industrialization, is the key method to measure the regional economic development. The establishment of comprehensive evaluation system in urbanization is the effective way to measure the urbanization degree scientifically. This paper, in accordance with the spatial economics, sets up comprehensive evaluation index system in regional urbanization from the “social”, “economy” and “transportation”, analyzes the measure result by the method of entropy on Henan practical urbanization level from 1996 to 2010, by which the feasibility in its system has been proved. Finally, this paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions in view of the exposed deeper problems in analysis.
