Abstract: Abstract This article mainly analyzes the composition and structure of tourism industry cluster and makes a quantitative judgment of the formation of Hainan’s tourism industry cluster. Firstly, it explores the connotation of sustainable development of tourism industry cluster both from the harmonious management theory and self-organization theory. Secondly, it puts forward the system framework to study the sustainable development of tourism industry cluster. Thirdly, it carries out a systematic analysis on Hainan tourism industry cluster’s sustainable development.
