Abstract: Abstract Aiming at undergraduate teachers and students inconvenience exchange problems, combined the difficult point of VB course construction, A VB Excellent Course Website is developed by integrating Dreamweaver 2004, HTML, Asp language. In this paper, the system structure designing, frame structure chart, system of web page of construction and how to develop steps are introduced, explained the function of each module and teaching resource of course network in detail. The software is already run on Proxy Server in Campus Network, and the result is satisfying.
