Abstract: Abstract Human resource flexibility which includes numerical flexibility and functional flexibility is regarded as key determinants of national competitiveness and successful firm performance. Human resource flexibility effects firm performance on product cost, human resource cost, customer satisfaction, product quality. As a result, functional flexibility plays a positive role on the above performance. Numerical flexibility plays a passive role.
