Abstract:
Abstract Due to the special industry nature, small and medium-sized textile enterprise capital strength limits their lack of attraction on competitive salary of medium and small-sized enterprises compared to large enterprises and institutions, and staff turnover frequently. The massive employee turnover for small and medium-sized textile enterprise brought harm is self-evident. This paper studies small and medium-sized textile enterprise employee turnover drivers, in order to find out influence factors, analysis reasons, and give Suggestions and countermeasures, reducing employee turnover rate and improve the competitiveness of small and medium-sized textile enterprises.
