Abstract: Abstract This paper has chosen annual report data of 442 listed companies in manufacturing industry as research samples, which were listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange and Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2010. This paper analyzes the factors which affect the company’s performance by using statistical analysis tool spss18.0. We try to study the correlation between executive incentive and business performance, by using the hypothesis testing and linear regression method. On the basis of the above studies, we make a few suggestions about the executive incentives combining with the new trend of today’s social development of listed companies to improve the corporate performance at the end of the paper.
