Abstract: Abstract With the acceleration of urbanization, the community commerce has increasingly become a new growth point in the development of urban commerce. It reckons that systematic planning, introduction of brand stores, enforcement of management, and professional training for improvement of store owners and staffs’ qualities are important tools to boost the development of community commerce and raise the satisfaction with community commerce.
