Abstract: Abstract A rational collaborative operation mechanism of mass customization supply chain, not only can guarantee the stable development of cooperative relationship supply chain, but also can win over more customers. Therefore, it is an important channel for mass customization enterprises to improve themselves competitive power of supply chain. The synergy problem of mass customization mode-oriented supply chain are mainly studied, a collaborative mechanism operation model in mass customization supply chain is built up based on the revenue sharing contract, and the partition coefficient scope of various nodes in supply chain in the revenue sharing contract model is confirmed.
