Abstract: Abstract Based on the site operation of low voltage three-phase four-wire active energy metering device and anti-stealing electric power knowledge and experience, this paper analyzes how users utilize the neutral drift technology in three-phase four-wire electric energy metering device to conduct electric larceny and come up with investigation methods and prevention measures for technical electric larceny.
