Abstract:
Abstract This paper is starting off the need of requirement-oriented maintenance (ROM). The technique of QFD and its application achievement are summarized. Under this base the theory and method of maintenance function deployment (MFD) is pointed out. MFD is the theory that enterprises maintenance management field, emphases maintenance field, maintenance technique and method are determined on the bases of maintenance requirement. Distillation tower deployment processing of MFD is discussed. Maintenance requirement is deployed pertinently on maintenance management field, emphases maintenance field, emphases maintenance equipment and facility, critical failure mode as well as maintenance technology and method via decompounding process of MFD. The basic structure and its interrelation of house of maintenance (HOM) of MFD are studied. The base for fact application of MFD is established.
