Abstract:
Abstract Bidding is the main transaction way in construction market, however, since the bidding system was establish, it has been a big problem plaguing managers how enterprise can win in the tender, and obtain long-term development. This paper thought that the process through the bidding operating mode under which construction enterprises get development and evolution is a standard model of CAS. To simulate the bidding in the market in our country, this paper analyzed the interaction between organizations, defined its characteristics, and built a complex adaptive system. Then through the time flow and in the direction of the application of evolutionary game theory, the paper studied the behavior and relationship between agents. Finally, the paper selected a specific sub-behavior as the focus, looking for the reason behind the behavior of promoting application of equilibrium theory.
