Abstract: Abstract It is a great significative job to discuss the selection model and business model innovation of regional strategic emerging industry. First, we used the complex network theory to select the central industry of area as the regional strategic emerging industry to intend to choose. Then we set up the evaluation index system of strategic emerging industrial business model innovations and multistage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.
