Abstract: Abstract With the high cost production capacity of the automobile industry and the technology is updated rapidly, the capacity planning of automobile manufacturing is become a particularly important strategic problem. Based on the development of the Internet and its related technology today, this paper analyses the structure characteristics of the automotive supply chain in detail, analyses the optional capacity reservation of the vertically integrated automotive supply chain and the distributed automotive supply chain, which under the condition of uncertainty demand forecast information; Furthermore, we also study the optional capacity reservation of the distributed automotive supply chain when taking general trading patterns, which divided into complete information and incomplete information. By comparing, explaining the necessity of designing information sharing mechanism.
