A chapter in Proceedings of 20th International Conference on Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management, 2013, pp 69-77 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract In today’s rapidly changing market demand and product mass customization environment, modular design is one of the important technical methods to realize rapid product processing. Elaborating the basic idea of modular design, this paper determined the framework of modular design system, developed the modular design system for CNC machine tools based on VB2005, and embedded it into Pro/Engineer Wildfire 5.0.
