Abstract:
Abstract In this paper, authors use the principal component analysis (PCA) to conduct a comparative analysis of the medical performance of clinical depts. The result of the study shows that Obstetrics & Gynecology dept. scores 2.16, ranking the first among 30 clinical depts., the depts.’ rank conforms to the actual situation. This proves the evaluation indexes are suitable to clinical depts.’ performance comparison and PCA is applicable for the comparison of performance between the different clinical depts.
