Abstract:
Abstract In this paper, the main mechanism and classification of human error in marine power system are summarized. Also, the factors of human error are studied by using grey correction analysis in order to find out the relationship between human error and root causes. The importance ranking of root causes is presented according to the calculation result of the correlation as follows: organization management defect, the poor basic operational capability, the deficiency of theoretical knowledge, operating procedures defect, the lack of cross-check among systems or subsystems. The conclusions can provide an important reference for practical engineering.
