Abstract: Abstract A multiserver queueing model with the Markovian Arrival Process (MAP) and the phase (PH) type service time distribution is consider. The customer, which sees several free servers upon arrival, is served simultaneously by all these servers. Busy servers are subject to breakdowns and repairs. The common flow of breakdowns is the MAP. An event of this flow with equal probability causes a failure of any busy server. When a server fails the repair period starts immediately. This period has PH type distribution and does not depend on the repair time of other broken-down servers and the service time of customers occupying the working servers. A customer whose service was interrupted leaves the system. Stationary distribution of waiting time is calculated.
