Abstract: Abstract Based on the statistical character of complex network, combining with the enterprise strategic risk environmental factors, an enterprise strategic risk network has been established to solve the problems that exist in the current global dynamic risk identification method. We also improved the statistical features of the relevant complex network and established “out-going” enterprise strategic risk identification model. In the end, we get the boundary conditions of the risk state transition caused by environmental factors through solve model.
