Abstract: Abstract This article applies Wuli-Shili-Renli system methodology to project construction management. It discusses principles of construction management based on the WSR; puts forward suggestions about the optimization of construction management from three aspects respectively: Wu-li, Shi-li, Ren-li. The aim is to realize the scientific and systematic management for construction process.
