Abstract: Abstract Right now, our country is in a period of rapid urbanization, the growing urban population size and economic development means we have to accelerate the pace of urbanization. But along with the step-up of urban construction, the problems of the urban disasters stand out as well. This paper studies the types of urban disaster, puts forward effective measures for urban disaster prevention and offers some opinions and suggestions from the perspective of disaster prevention and reduction.
