Abstract: Abstract Environmental cost control which directly influences the success or failure of environmental cost management is key to the environmental cost management for the enterprise. This paper is trying to research the change relationship between environment total cost and the level of pollution controlling based on many scholars’ academic achievements. The research result which is drew by the quantified and modeled studying can further enrich the environment cost management theory and improve the environmental cost controlling effect.
