A chapter in Proceedings of 20th International Conference on Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management, 2013, pp 757-764 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The knowledge-based enterprises were taken as samples based on the quarter data from 2003 to 2010 in this paper. There was a two-way dynamic role among the output, human capital and financial capital by using the vector autoregressive (VAR) model, the stationary test, co-integration analysis, granger-causality test, impulse response function and variance decomposition. Moreover, the human capital was more important than financial capital.
