Abstract: Abstract The rapid development of the mobile Internet is changing people’s lives. Today, many colleges and universities have established many advanced internet-based information management and operation system. But there is a big gap in the effective utilization of the mobile internet. WeChat is an excellent mobile internet-based mobile phone application, with multi-functions and strong user base and stickiness. This paper discusses the features and functions of the WeChat platform, and put forward a smart university campus information dissemination framework based on the WeChat platform. Then discuss a case based on WeChat public platform.
