Abstract:
Abstract Personal knowledge management is the basic element of organizational knowledge management and the maturity of personal knowledge management has direct impact to maturity of organizational knowledge management. This research builds a personal knowledge management maturity model and the assessment criteria, and combines personal knowledge management with the scientific thought of capability maturity model. At the end of paper, the validity of the model is verified through the instance in this paper, so that this research can provide reference and suggestion to improve the level of personal knowledge management in knowledge-based organizations.
