Abstract:
Abstract International supply chain security has gained great concerns from both customs and companies since Sept.11, 2001. Now 12 years have passed, though many initiatives to supply chain security have been developed and taken into practice, most of them are emphasized in physical supply chain which is addressed in transporting cargos. The standards for ICT supply chain security are in preliminary stage. This paper analyzes the security problems in the ICT supply chain, presents a framework of the international regulations or standards of ICT supply chain and proposes a series of recommendations conducive to developing one’s own standards for most countries on ICT supply chain security in national level.
