Abstract: Abstract There exists uncertainty and competition in the process of the information technology investment. Both uncertainty and competition will have an important impact on the value of the investment project. This paper explains the reasons for the application of option-game analysis in the information technology investment under an increasing competitive and uncertain environment, and discusses the method of option-game analysis which is used to evaluate the disperse information technology investment project.
