Abstract: Abstract Modern construction projects are developing toward large-scale and complicated, making the traditional project management methods unable to meet the needs, so the integrated management of the project is not only the inevitable trend of modern construction management, but also the necessary condition for projects’ success. In this paper, the author has built integrated management system framework model by analyzing the significance of integrated management, so as to explore the implementation approaches for integrated management and to provide new ideas to promote reform and innovation of the construction management.
