Abstract: Abstract Combined with the characteristics of the construction industry, the management control system based on group decision support system (GDSS) of construction enterprise group is designed. Though the construction and implement of management control system based on GDSS, the headquarter of group could get effective management control information from subordinate business units, to achieve the effective management control of each unit, in order to achieve operational risks controllable and efficient integration of enterprise’s resources, to ensure the realization of the strategic target of enterprise.
