Abstract:
Abstract Cluster innovation is an important path to the development of strategic emerging industries in our country. Based on the characteristics of strategic emerging industry, this paper points out such key induction factors as industry demand and returns, institutional arrangements, enterprises innovation. The paper also provides all countermeasures for continual quality of cluster innovation in strategic emerging industries, such as paying attention to key core technology R&D, improving the cluster innovation environment, expanding the cluster innovation market demand.
