Abstract: Abstract This article analyzes the problem that might be encountered when people lose the right of having public rental houses and points out the difficulties in the pre-lease application and in the post-exit mechanism in the large-scale implementation of public rental verification. Analyzing successful implementation of public rental management practices in Hong Kong and several other regions, I think that public rental operations should be supported by local government. This article also provides some suggestions on avoiding potential problem when people lose the right of obtaining public rental houses, on some applicable policies and systems, to form a recyclable and healthful environment of public rental housing.
