Abstract: Abstract The project management system has a very important role in the control of project in the general contracting enterprise. This paper research project management system based on nuclear power engineering general contracting enterprise, firstly defines the concept of a project management system, and then analyzes the design method of construction project process management subsystem, organizational subsystem, responsibility center subsystem, cost management subsystem, enterprise database subsystem. The objective of the paper is to provide the theoretical base for the design of construction project management system of similar project.
