A chapter in Proceedings of the Conference on Complex Analysis, 1965, pp 30-40 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract A biholomorphic mapping (1) $$ W:\quad z_{k}^{*} = z_{k}^{*}\left( {{z_{1}},{z_{2}}} \right),\quad k = 1,2, $$ of a domain 𝕭, which is one-to-one and continuous in 𝕭̄, will be called a PCT (pseudo-conformal transformation) of 𝕭̄.
