A chapter in High Performance Computing in Science and Engineering ’98, 1999, pp 252-260 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This paper presents the parallelization of a multi-block finite-volume CFD code. A simple static computational and communicational load balancing algorithm is proposed and implemented. Measurements on an IBM RS/6000 SP System using up to 128 processors are presented for different application examples and compared to a performance model.
