Abstract:
Zusammenfassung Chapter 10 discussed alternative models to fund the provision of educational services. This chapter focuses on ways to measure whether funds are being used productively. The first section of this chapter highlights the emergence of business intelligence as a competitive weapon among business enterprises. The second section discusses the lack of data transparency that is pervasive in traditional higher education. The final section explores ways for institutions of higher education to become more data-driven.
