Abstract: Zusammenfassung Chapter 11 suggested ways for institutions of higher education to become more data-driven. This chapter explores practices designed to help institutions translate data into actual change. The first section of this chapter highlights practices applied by business enterprises to keep ahead of their competitors. The second section discusses the change resistance commonly found in traditional higher education. The final section focuses on practices designed to help institutions of higher education manage adaptive change.
