Abstract:
Abstract Business case development (BCD) can be supported by a business case framework (BCF), which often comes in the form of a spreadsheet template with some pre-defined criteria and methods. Today’s BCFs are, however, often too generic, providing little support for business case (BC) developers who need to define domain-specific criteria and methods.
