Abstract:
Abstract In this chapter, the results for the examined links between team characteristics and performance, between strategic decision making and performance, and between team characteristics and strategic decision making are presented. Both formal and informal strategy approaches and the level of entrepreneurial posture are analysed. In addition, the study examines several firm and environmental attributes and their impacts on strategic decision making.
