Abstract: Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel soll ein gemeinsames Verständnis für den Nutzen und die Notwendigkeit von Controlling für junge Unternehmen geschaffen werden. Dazu wird zunächst eine allgemeine Definition von Controlling vorgenommen. Anhand dieser Definition wird anschließend Nutzen und Notwendigkeit des Controllings in jungen Unternehmen dargestellt.
