Chapter 7 in The Social Web in the Hotel Industry, 2014, pp 147-156 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The focus of this paper was to determine to what extent the social web influences the information search of hotel guests. In order to do so, five research hypotheses were defined. Their findings are briefly summarized in the following paragraphs.
