Abstract:
Abstract For the purpose of testing the hypotheses introduced previously, the required data were gathered by a written-standardized questionnaire based on the results of the preceding qualitative study conducted in September 2010. The software used for developing the online questionnaire and conducting the survey was Globalpark AG’s software “EFS Survey 7.0” (version 1.4). Taking into consideration recommendations from literature and experts from research institutes, the work on the questionnaire was accomplished in March 2011. With the objective to increase the response rate, among others, an automatic login was provided. For the same reason respondents had the opportunity to stop and continue completing the survey at any time until the end of the survey period. Following this brief introduction, now the proceedings of data collection, the sample tested, as well as the operationalization of the constructs will be introduced.
