Chapter 7 in Competitive Differentiation within the Shipbuilding Industry, 2014, pp 95-109 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract This section presents the results of research concerning the quantitative elicitation on the basis of the methodology and statistical procedures described in the previous chapter. First, information and findings regarding the checking of the scales’ reliability, unidimensionality, and validity are provided. In the next step, the descriptive statistics are presented. Finally, the examination of the hypotheses regarding the two main research questions is analysed. To answer research question one, the method of regression analysis was applied. In order to answer research question two, a mediator analysis was conducted. For each statistical procedure the assumptions were checked and a diagnosis of outliers and influential data points was executed.
