Somit reiht es sich ein in die wertbestimmenden Immobilienparameter ‚Lage‘, ‚Substanz‘ und ‚Zahlungsströme‘. Immobilienrecht ist integraler interdisziplinärer Bestandteil der transaktionsbasierten Immobilienwirtschaftlehre.
